If I Say I'm Going to Kill People, I Mean It.
I just caught up with something our straight-shootin' president said at his summit meeting with Tony Blair in occupied Ireland (Yes, I have a dog in that fight) earlier this week:
"When we say a vital role for the UN we mean a vital role ... there's evidently some scepticism in Europe that I mean what I say. Saddam Hussein now knows that I mean what I say."
If I were French, I could take that several ways -- none of them pleasant.
