It looks like the Federal Bureau of Prisons soon may have a very tastefully decorated minimum security cell:
Grand jury indicts Martha Stewart
Martha Stewart, the US home design icon, arrived at federal court in Manhattan on Wednesday, where she was indicted on nine counts of criminal charges stemming from her sale of ImClone Systems stock in December 2001.
A grand jury handed up the indictment against Stewart to the judge on Wednesday.

Update 6/5: This showed up in my e-mail box this morning from something called the "Martha Stewart Defense Fund":
Now, in a time when dissent is equated with treason, the Bush administration has gone after one of the most vocal supporters of peace, Martha Stewart -- and is attempting to ruin her life and put her in prison on the basis of the flimsiest of charges!
Because her philosophy of gracious living directly contradicts the mindset of those in power who believe only in war, not domestic harmony, Martha Stewart made herself a target of the Republicans who control the federal government.
And, naturally, it included an appeal for donations, and an address to send them to.
Joke? Scam? Deluded liberal who really thinks Martha Stewart is a "cause" instead of a Fortune 500 corporation? We report; you decide.
Kenny Boy is a Republican. I've read that Martha is (shudder)a Democrat.
Does that answer your question?
And just where are her CT Senators on this? Or is she now a NY resident?
This is not going to sit well with a lot of ladies.
TTWWWWEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!!!!!
Overuse of Photoshop! Penalty: Two days freeze on use of Photoshop unless you can conoct a nude picture of Ann Coulter. Re-start the clock.

I smell a sequel to Kiss Of The Spider Woman.
If you're expecting me to play either Molina or Arregui you definitely have got the wrong guy.
Not that there's anything wrong with that . . .
Geez. Sammy Sosa corked a bat! Where are your sense of priorities?
And Stephen Charest says "concoct a nude picture of Ann Coulter". This is a sham and a travesty and shows how deep the infection has spread.
Now a REAL nude picture of Ms. Coulter...
I posted this on a thread at "The Agonist"...the point must be repeated - this is - or should be - a purely civil matter, settled between the SEC and the guilty party, with NO criminal indictments involved.
Frankly, this is all total overkill. I had worked for several years at a high-flying biotech org., in which not only did the chief executive had a bulging SEC file, but several non-executive managers as well were rung up. A case in point: a product manager, sitting in a meeting in which critical quarterly data numbers were presented showing below-predicted sales and revenue - well, the silly sod raced out of the room, rang his broker, executed a trade very comparable to the magnitude of Ms Stewart's, and pocketed the profits....he thought. In a couple of weeks, the SEC was all over him like white on rice, he copped a plea, paid a BIG fine and rebated all gains made on the trade. Now, I suspect that Stewart's lawyers got rather stroppy with SEC investigators, who then got the DOJ involved, which means it;s now a criminal offense that is served up, and now she's getting major stick from the Feds....all because - Isuspect - some rather bogus advice from her legal counsel. Look, this stuff happens daily, it is just that you don't read about it in the Wall Steet Journal. Well, there very well may be an indictment, but, little chance this turkey is going to trial.
Bring on Ann Coulter. Nice touch.
When's Ken Lay's indictment coming down?
